Update on what we've REALLY been up to...

So a week or so ago we finally announced we're Expecting our 4th Baby in April, up until then our kids didn't even know! Kylee was thrilled when we told them it was a girl, the rest of us are still getting use to the idea... we were hoping for another boy... they are so much... easier!! There is a reason we waited almost 5 months to announce, this Pregnancy has been anything but routine. It was our first Pregnancy that actually took some "Trying," about a year and a half ago my periods got very irregular, then I just started bleeding all the time. And we just flat out couldn't get Pregnant. I finally went in to talk to my Doctor, she told me my chances of conceiving were slim if I'm bleeding constantly. With all the questions she asked me we finally decided that in order to get pregnant I was going to have to take it easy and lay off any exercise or physical exertion... I doubted her at first but found that it was working! Instead of a way heavy period flow all day everyday I managed to dull it down to a light spotting every now and then and we ended up finally getting Pregnant! In the meantime Warren and I had been stressing about another huge matter. Our move up here, so without even thinking I began packing and lifting and moving everything in our house! So I started bleeding HEAVY again, I thought I had miscarried again... to make a very long story short, by some small miracle I hadn't miscarried, and I took some GREAT Gals up on there offers and asked for Help to finish packing up my house and managed to not over due while trying not to be obvious I wasn't packing a whole lot of boxes! Anyway that was just the start, once I got up here to Cornish I had another gush of Blood. What they found was my Uterus was full of Blood Clots and was told I had to go home and stay down so the clots would absorb back into my body rather than break loose and flush the baby out with them. So my Bed Rest started in August of 2011, despite my attempt to stay down I continued to Bleed, the clots weren't there anymore but my doctor couldn't pin point why I was still Bleeding. The first of this month I found out I have a Placental Abruption, in other words there is a big hole between my Placenta and my Uterus, they are attached enough the baby is growing and getting what she needs, so the Doctor told me I'm to be down until he tells me different, if they separate any more I could be delivering a very Premature Baby...
Enough about all that, I need to brag on my Family for a sec, Kylan and Kylee have had a enormous amount of house work thrown at them and just until recently, they didn't know why. They have stepped up and done whatever I ask them to do with out complaint. Warren, my sweet husband that REALLY likes to be waited on hand and foot has been cooking dinner and doing more dishes than I care to admit, he's been bathing Bossy and even washing my car! He's been AWESOME! Then there's my Mom and Sisters, they got together and made meals, froze them and sent them up with us, I haven't had to worry about dinner for weeks! They knew about my situation when we were down to Baptize Kylan, I barely had to do a thing, they took care of tables, Lunch, Clean up, Everything! When we've stayed at my Mom's she's completely taken care of the kids and just let me sit around and watch her run around like a Mad Woman! I wouldn't have been able to do the South Trips without all her help! And then there's Lena, she's been over several times and stole my dirty clothes and brought them back clean and folded, she feeds my Family at least 3 or 4 times a week, she went and bought huge packs of paper and plastic stuff so we seriously have NO DISHES! She's been amazing! Not to mention she's had Bossy over several times, him and Kayson can destroy a house in a matter of seconds, she has a newborn, she doesn't need to be taking care of my bratty 3 year old! It will take me forever to repay everyone for all the help they've been, I'm so grateful for Family and Friends and can't Thank them Enough!!!

Christmas 2011

So, we get home and re coop from Wedding/Baptism/Thanksgiving Trip and I'm thinking that should do me for like 6 months! Warren had a different idea, we we're heading South for Christmas! I can't cuss him now because we really did have a good time and I'm glad we went, but 2 weeks ago I was ornery at the thought of packing up spending another week South, I could've been perfectly content to stay here and have our own quiet Christmas in our Tiny Rental with our Charlie Brown Christmas Tree...
The kids got out of School on Wednesday the 21st, we packed up and waited for Warren all day on Thursday to leave, ended up pulling out of the Driveway around 5:30 pm, another late start on our 6 hour journey. I ended up reading the "Lost December" by Richard Paul Evans, aloud to Warren to pass the time, the kids had the iPad in the back busy with games. I stopped part way through it and Warren and I were talking about what was going on with the characters in the book and Kylan and Kylee started chiming in with their takes on what was going on! They had been listening and actually keeping up with what was going on! Good thing it was a Richard Paul Book and not a James Patterson! I really thought with the iPad to entertain them there was no way they were listening, just goes to show they ALWAYS have one ear on ya no matter what. We got to my Mom's at about 11:30, Rian and Maci were staying the night while Shad and Jeri were in Vegas and they had waited up, so they had a ball together and stayed up half the night giggling. Friday night we had a Reber Christmas Party with lots of food and a mean game of Christmas Bingo, if Shae had had a visor and smoke in his mouth he could've passed for an old Lady sitting at the Bingo tables in Mesquite, it was hilarious! Christmas Eve Shawn and Stacie, and Shae and Kristin had brought their kids over and everyone went down to the Pool House and swam. The kids had a ball, they have gotten to be pretty awesome little swimmers thanks to Grandma's Pool! So then they were really beat and we still had to shower and get ready for the Christmas Eve Party in NewCastle, they were really fun to get ready... My poor Mom! At this point my kids have already started the Morphing thing and Warren was out to NewCastle for the day checking cows, so this is when my Mom starts wondering when we're leaving!! ;) We spent Christmas Eve in NewCastle at my Papa and Grandma's house it was fun to catch up with Family we rarely see! When we got back to my Mom's I told the kids they were not allowed upstairs until 7:00 am, when I woke up at 6 to shower and get ready I could hear them giggling downstairs, I still can't believe they stayed down there until 7 on the dot without complaint! We had a great Christmas, the kids got more than they needed but not to much, so it was perfect. My Mom gave us a new Camera that I needed really bad, hence my lack of pictures the last 6 months or so, my camera broke a few months ago and my phone hasn't been able to take pictures forever, so I've been using Warren's iPhone to take what pictures I could. Warren hasn't surprised me on Christmas since we were first Married, it's hard to surprise me, I was opening a box that I was sure was just another bottle of perfume or some kind of Jewelry and it was a new iPhone 4S! YAY!! So now between my Camera and my Phone, if I'm somewhere without a way to take a picture, I'm retarded!! We went to Church in Kanarra with my Mom and Brad, had a little lunch then headed out to NewCastle where the kids had one more present, Warren had a friend call him a while back wanting to know if we were interested in a Pony, with Kirby getting bigger and thinking he is big enough to ride by himself all the time Warren caved. So now each kid has their own horse to ride, they spent most of the evening taking turns and riding. Kylan is to big for a Pony but still had a ball riding her around. Gaylene had made a big Christmas Dinner and we sent the evening visiting Grandma G, Papa's house again and spent a few minutes watching the Bears game at Shawn's house. Monday was a kicked back day we spent most of the morning visiting around the table and getting amusement out of Grandpa Platt's ever growing Cat heard! I left around noon and headed to Cedar for a minute to have lunch with a friend and it was just what I needed, and so fun to chat and catch up with her for a while! When I got back, Warren had the Pony out again and the kids were roping the dummy off of her, Kirby really thought he was big stuff then! By the time Tuesday Morning got here I was wore out and so ready to be home, the ride home long, my sore body was not ready for another 6 hour car ride! We got home and Warren and the kids got everything unloaded into the house and it was Christmas all over again! The kids hadn't seen their Presents since Christmas Morning so we were up late playing with Christmas toys again.

Kylan's Baptism Day...

Kirby was present during these pictures, he just refussed to get in the Pictures... He's so... Fun...
We Baptized Kylan on Saturday, November 26th in the NewCastle Ward. What a whirlwind 10 days that was...Let me back up... We left Cornish on November 18th, Justin and Chelsea got Married in the St. George Temple on Saturday the 19th. What a fun event, Kylan and Warren sang "Ordinary People" by Clay Walker afterwards during the Luncheon, they did so Good! The entire Program was excellent. The Reception was held in Enterprise and we enjoyed catching up with Friends and visiting... notice I have no pictures of any of this... I'll post about that later. Warren left on Sunday Morning with Merr and Denny, the kids and I were staying in Kanarra with my Mom for the week. I had a "To Do" List a mile long while I was down South so most of the next three days consisted of trying to accomplish the things on Warren's, I mean, My list. Thanksgiving came, Warren was back, and we headed to the Hunt Thanksgiving Dinner at the Stake Center in Enterprise, which, by the way, was barely big enough to hold us, and there was just a small fraction of us that could make it! It was fun to catch up with everyone! Then we had a Reber Thanksgiving Dinner on Friday at my Mom's house, there's never a dull Moment when my Family gets together! So at this point we had seen a lot of Family and spent a ton of time hanging out... my kids had started to morph into animals I didn't recognize and I was ready to hit the road! So I had to ask myself, what made me think throwing in a Baptisms amongst all this chaos was a good idea?? HELP ME!! But I have to say, the day turned out Perfect, Kylan had been waiting so patiently for this day, and it was wonderful to Baptize him in NewCastle with so much Family and Friends around! Warren did such an amazing job Confirming him, you wouldn't know Warren was such a spiritual guy, but he is and never fails to deliver such powerful Blessings on our Kids. I felt my Dad there standing in the Circle, so between that and the words that were spoken I was a bawling Mess! Those of you that were there KNOW what I'm talking about! Thanks to all of you that came to support Kylan, he is such a good kid and we are so grateful for him! So by the time Sunday came I was beyond ready to be home, we didn't leave til later in the afternoon and came home to a dead battery in our Thermostat so our Furnace hadn't been running! So we got to drag 3 tired kids into a freezing cold bed in the middle of the night... I was so over our long trip at this point!
